Andrew Brinster

Luxury Real Estate Expert and NYC Native

Meet Andrew

As a Manhattan native and former marketing director, Andrew has a vast knowledge of New York City, which he combines with his unique client-centric approach. Originally from the Yorkville area of the Upper East Side, Andrew called this neighborhood home for twenty-six years until he saved up for a down-payment to buy his own apartment in Gramercy.

Andrew was introduced to the fundamentals of real estate at a young age. Growing up, Andrew’s parents moved the family around a lot. Never leaving the neighborhood, they moved to a different apartment within the same building five times, finally settling into a neighboring building after their sixth move. neighboring building. He was too young to realize it then, but his parents were taking advantage of the market conditions of the time and turning a profit with each move. While this resulted in having six different bedrooms growing up, Andrew cherishes these memories as they instilled an entrepreneurial mindset that he brings to his business every day.

Starting his career in advertising, Andrew worked at several top ad agencies throughout the city, eventually working his way up to director level. Throughout his time in the industry, he led the development and execution of many successful campaigns across both fortune 500 companies and small businesses. Equipped with these skills, Andrew provides best-in-class marketing practices to all properties he represents.

Andrew currently resides on the Upper West Side with his fiancé and their miniature golden-doodle, Poppy. In his free time, he loves discovering new restaurants and spending time with his friends. Andrew is dual licensed in NYC and The Hamptons.
